Responsibilities
- Architect and design the high-level software architecture for the 2026 AI suite, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead the technical vision and strategy for integrating cutting-edge machine learning models into our core products.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of deep learning pipelines and large-scale distributed systems.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to delivery.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
