About the Role
As a Senior AI Architect at 2026, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable AI models that power our ecosystem. You will work closely with a diverse team of engineers, ethicists, and designers to build systems that are not only intelligent but also fair and transparent.
Responsibilities
- Lead R&D: Spearhead research into cutting-edge algorithms and neural network architectures.
- System Architecture: Design robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in AI development.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap and communicate it to stakeholders.
- Model Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency and accuracy to improve user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems using data-driven approaches.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
