Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap for AI and Quantum integration.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance neural network architectures.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to prototype future-tech solutions.
- Ensure architectural integrity for compliance with emerging global tech regulations (2026 standards).
- Conduct feasibility studies for next-gen computing paradigms.
- Collaborate with C-suite leadership to align technical vision with business goals.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing fundamentals and post-quantum cryptography.
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies.
