Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of handling millions of concurrent requests.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and autonomous agents into core product workflows.
- Conduct research into novel algorithms to improve model performance, reduce latency, and increase accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Research, Security) to define technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
