We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our strategic technology roadmap for 2026. You will be at the forefront of defining how Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Quantum Computing will converge to revolutionize enterprise solutions.
As a key member of our R&D division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical future technologies and practical, scalable implementation. You will work closely with C-suite executives and product teams to ensure our technology stack is future-proof, ethical, and capable of leading the market by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, identifying emerging trends like LLMs and Agentic AI to drive product innovation.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.
- Research & Development: Conduct in-depth research on cutting-edge algorithms and evaluate new technologies to determine feasibility for our product suite.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business goals into technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think long-term (5-10 years horizon) and translate future trends into actionable technical strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
