Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the technical strategy and architectural roadmap for AI initiatives targeting the 2026 product release cycle and beyond.
- System Design: Design complex, scalable AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing cloud infrastructure and edge devices.
- Prototyping: Spearhead the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies to validate feasibility and performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, C-suite executives, and external partners to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and microservices architectures at scale.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
