Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure for large-scale deployments.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, NLP, and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior staff, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the tech landscape.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure rigorous testing standards across the engineering organization.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and MLOps best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing high-performance engineering teams.
