Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI solutions using state-of-the-art Generative Models.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on Autonomous Agents and Multi-Agent Systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical compliance in all AI implementations.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the AI team.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, specifically with Transformers and LLMs.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Deep understanding of MLOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
