Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of large-scale machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum physicists to integrate quantum algorithms into classical AI workflows for hybrid processing tasks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of 5+ senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Continuously refine model accuracy and reduce latency to ensure real-time processing capabilities.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities through 2030, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
