Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI and machine learning solutions aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Define the technical roadmap for the next-generation data infrastructure and AI integration strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to integrate AI into core business processes.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Oversee the deployment of predictive models and ensure data integrity across platforms.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI projects from conception to production deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
