Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Lead the architectural strategy for deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) in real-world enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production features.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Optimize model inference speed and accuracy to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and evaluate emerging technologies to integrate into our stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, AWS SageMaker) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, and Generative AI architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
