Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- Design and optimize large-scale neural network architectures and deep learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product leads to translate cutting-edge research into production-ready software.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
- Mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data governance protocols.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Machine Learning or AI architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and generative AI architectures.
- Experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex systems on time.
