Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, focusing on long-term scalability and efficiency.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of deep learning models in production environments, ensuring minimal latency and maximum throughput.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate complex research into deployable software solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish and maintain high engineering standards, conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior team members.
- Infrastructure Strategy: Collaborate with DevOps teams to build resilient cloud-native infrastructure capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- Innovation: Research and prototype new algorithms and frameworks to stay ahead of the curve in AI evolution.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision, with a focus on generative models.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
