Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure for Project 2026.
- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives to explore emerging AI paradigms and integration points.
- Model Development: Oversee the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and business units to translate technical visions into market-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, generative AI, and model fine-tuning techniques.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
