Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures for Project 2026 with a focus on generative models and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize large language models (LLMs) for high-throughput inference and low-latency deployment in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Conduct cutting-edge research on novel neural network architectures and training methodologies to improve model performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and set technical standards for the AI research and engineering teams.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are maintained throughout the model lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Proven experience in LLM fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LangChain ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
