Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI infrastructure and large language models (LLMs) for Project 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers and data scientists to research and implement novel neural architectures.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines for high-performance computing environments.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data governance, and security compliance.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps for stakeholders and product teams.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and delivering complex projects on time.
