Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning pipelines for Project 2026’s core products.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI models into enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Ensure model fairness, transparency, and robustness in high-stakes environments.
- Optimize existing systems for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards for the AI team.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in deep learning and NLP to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
- Experience deploying ML models in production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures and reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
