Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines for Project 2026.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of advanced neural networks, optimizing for performance, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the engineering team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve system latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, DevOps) to integrate AI solutions into broader platforms.
- Code Review: Maintain high standards of code quality through rigorous peer review and architectural audits.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role within AI/ML.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in large-scale environments.
