Job Description
Are you ready to architect the future? Nexus Horizon Labs is seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the development of our revolutionary 'Project 2026' initiative. We are building the foundational infrastructure for a hyper-connected, autonomous intelligence ecosystem expected to define the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond.
In this pivotal role, you will not just write code; you will define the architectural standards for next-generation neural networks and quantum computing interfaces. You will work in a high-performance environment with the freedom to experiment with bleeding-edge technologies, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in artificial general intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems for the Project 2026 infrastructure, ensuring zero downtime in mission-critical operations.
- Lead the architectural review process for deep learning models, reinforcement learning agents, and generative AI pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Quantum Engineering, Data Science, Security) to integrate disparate technologies into a cohesive ecosystem.
- Optimize model latency and throughput for real-time decision-making applications using advanced hardware acceleration.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
- Prototype novel algorithms to solve complex, unsolved problems in predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a focus on advanced mathematics.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in WebAssembly (Wasm) for edge computing.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Vector Databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring engineering teams and driving technical roadmaps.
