Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure systems aligned with the Project 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for the engineering team.
- System Optimization: Oversee the performance tuning and scalability improvements of existing and new machine learning models.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives and delivering results on time.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Certifications: Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or specific AI architecture certifications is a plus.
