We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to define the technical backbone of our next-generation autonomous fleet systems.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the architectural design of neural networks, decision-making algorithms, and real-time data processing pipelines. Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core neural network infrastructure for autonomous vehicle fleets and smart warehousing systems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and hardware specialists to drive project delivery.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the Project 2026 platform.
- Conduct rigorous performance analysis, optimization, and model validation in simulation environments.
- Ensure system scalability, fault tolerance, and security across distributed edge computing nodes.
- Collaborate with product managers and regulatory affairs teams to ensure compliance with emerging AI safety standards.
- Drive innovation by researching and integrating breakthroughs in Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (10+ years of experience).
- Proven track record of leading AI architecture for large-scale, production-critical systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Deep understanding of Reinforcement Learning, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced, startup environments.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our R&D facilities and partner sites.
