Qualifications
- <ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and AI systems architecture.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).</li><li><strong>Strategic Vision:</strong> Demonstrated ability to think strategically about the future of AI, including trends in generative AI and edge computing.</li><li><strong>Problem Solving:</strong> Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges at scale.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Certifications:</strong> AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty or Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer (preferred).</li></ul>
