Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions with a focus on scalability and 2026-era computational requirements.
- Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers to implement complex algorithms and neural network architectures.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps) and data governance.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance optimization to ensure system stability under high load.
- Collaborate with product management to translate strategic business goals into technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on emerging paradigms in quantum computing and spatial AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent frameworks.
- Proven experience designing microservices and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
