Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI solutions aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Define technical roadmaps for scaling machine learning models and generative AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and ethical AI practices across all deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI) into our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to production.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
