Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for AI integration, specifically aligned with the company's goals for 2026 and beyond.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI architectures that can handle enterprise-level data processing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- R&D Leadership: Identify emerging AI trends (e.g., Generative AI, Predictive Analytics) and evaluate their potential application within the organization.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards (GDPR, CCPA, AI Act).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Frameworks: Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and delivering on them.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
