- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning infrastructure to support enterprise-level applications.
- Lead the design and implementation of proprietary AI models, focusing on Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI systems that handle millions of requests per day.
- Strong experience with MLOps tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
