Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI models tailored for the 2026 enterprise landscape.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data strategy to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Research and implement novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance in all system designs.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of LLM architectures, fine-tuning techniques, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
