The Role
We are looking for a technical leader who can bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production systems. You will define the AI strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring our solutions are robust, ethical, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural network architectures for the 2026 product suite.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards are upheld across all projects.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend emerging technologies that align with our long-term vision.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
