Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant neural network infrastructures for the 2026 Initiative.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers to drive technical strategy.
- Optimize model latency and throughput to meet enterprise-grade performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate high-level business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in a CI/CD environment.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster technical growth.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Machine Learning and AI.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow; experience with quantum algorithm libraries is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments at scale.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
