As part of our core engineering team, you will define the architectural standards that will power our platforms through 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for our AI initiatives, identifying emerging trends and translating them into actionable technical strategies.
- System Design & Scalability: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure AI systems that can handle massive data loads with zero downtime.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering leads to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous code quality standards and mentor junior developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Research & Innovation: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge frameworks and libraries, staying ahead of the curve in deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, optimize model latency, and reduce computational costs without sacrificing accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent ML frameworks. Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) is required.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Professional Architect certification is a plus.
