Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of core 2026 predictive algorithms and neural networks.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure up to the year 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into broader product ecosystems.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance under high load conditions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain high standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for AI implementation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
