Responsibilities

- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI development, ensuring transparency and fairness in autonomous decision-making systems.
- Research & Development: Lead internal research initiatives to predict and solve computational bottlenecks expected in the Year 2026 tech ecosystem.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of large-scale distributed systems, optimizing for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Computational Physics is strongly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with specific experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Quantum Proficiency: Hands-on experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong background in theoretical quantum mechanics.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-availability systems and microservices architectures.
- Programming: Mastery of Python, C++, and Rust, with a focus on performance-critical applications.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical vision from conception to production.
