Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment. You will own the architectural vision for our core AI platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and ready for the demands of the mid-2020s.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of large-scale AI systems and generative models focused on the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize inference pipelines and reduce latency for real-time AI applications.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with product teams to define technical milestones and infrastructure requirements for future iterations.
- Ethical AI: Implement guardrails and safety measures to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, transparent, and compliant with emerging regulations.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- System Reliability: Ensure high availability and fault tolerance of our AI infrastructure across cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Generative AI: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
