Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI architectures and automation workflows that align with our 2026 strategic goals.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize machine learning models for performance, accuracy, and latency in high-traffic environments.
- System Integration: Integrate AI components with existing software ecosystems, ensuring robust API design and data interoperability.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to explore emerging technologies, ensuring our technology stack remains future-proof.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI, Machine Learning, or Automation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture: Deep understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and system design patterns.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and optimize system performance under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
