Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructures capable of handling petabyte-scale neural network training.
- Lead the integration of quantum-ready algorithms into classical software stacks to optimize computational efficiency.
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for our proprietary "Sentient Core" platform, ensuring alignment with future market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, security experts, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI development, ensuring transparency and fairness in autonomous decision processes.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure and large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with proven experience in high-performance computing environments.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex, multi-year product lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP) and edge computing architectures.
- Familiarity with generative AI models, transformer architectures, and large language model (LLM) optimization.
