Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale machine learning models using deep learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, researchers, and engineers to drive product innovation.

- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the AI department.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
