Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI architectures using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Conduct research to identify novel approaches for improving model accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production applications.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and resource consumption.
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices in software engineering and MLOps.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of at least one major deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, and transformer architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
