Responsibilities
- Lead AI Architecture: Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure AI infrastructure to support enterprise-grade applications by 2026.
- Model Development: Spearhead the development and fine-tuning of state-of-the-art LLMs (Large Language Models) and multimodal systems.
- R&D Strategy: Conduct research to explore emerging AI trends and integrate them into our product roadmap.
- Optimization: Drive model efficiency, reducing latency and inference costs through advanced optimization techniques.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed machine learning models.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of NLP, deep learning architectures, and generative AI principles.
- Tools: Proficiency in MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
