Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms for the 2026 platform.
- Optimize existing data pipelines for high-throughput and low-latency inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure architectural best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI, NLP, and computer vision to integrate cutting-edge techniques.
- Drive the implementation of MLOps best practices to ensure model reproducibility and scalability.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, including significant experience with deep learning frameworks.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience deploying models to production environments and handling A/B testing.
