Responsibilities
- Define the AI Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for AI/ML initiatives, ensuring alignment with the 2026 business vision and technological advancements.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and model deployment architectures using cloud-native technologies.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of advanced algorithms, focusing on NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce inference latency and optimize model performance for real-time applications.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Infrastructure: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technical roadmaps.
