Responsibilities
- Design and train large-scale transformer models (BERT, GPT, LLaMA architectures) using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Implement rigorous model evaluation frameworks and monitor production model performance in real-time.
- Conduct research on novel deep learning techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure AI safety, ethics, and compliance.
- Optimize inference latency and cost-efficiency for large-scale deployments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years leading AI model development.
- Deep understanding of NLP, deep learning, and neural network architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models.
