Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI models specifically designed for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on autonomy and adaptability.
- Lead the technical design of our Agentic AI ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with existing legacy systems.
- Conduct rigorous research and prototyping of novel algorithms to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical AI strategies.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference costs for high-volume deployments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on the evolution of AI towards 2026 standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a proven track record of deploying LLMs at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning and Multi-Agent Systems is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
