Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable machine learning pipelines optimized for 2026-era compute resources.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures, including transformers and diffusion models.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer-facing products.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model explainability, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Monitor model performance and drive continuous improvement cycles.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, machine learning, or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs).
- Experience with distributed computing systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models from research to reality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
