Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures for 2026-ready applications.
- Lead research initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Optimize large-scale training runs on distributed GPU clusters to reduce time-to-market.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI ethics, security, and compliance.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying production models.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and model versioning.
