Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy robust machine learning models designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the migration of legacy data pipelines to real-time, scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements for future AI features.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy and reliability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding advancements in Generative AI and Edge Computing.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and software development.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Spark.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
