Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, robust AI architectures for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on Agentic AI and multi-modal models.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) and diffusion models for latency, cost-efficiency, and accuracy.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching cutting-edge papers and integrating novel techniques (e.g., RLHF, Chain-of-Thought) into production pipelines.
- MLOps Leadership: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and retraining of AI models in a cloud-native environment.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and experience with Transformers and LLMs.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and deliver high-impact solutions.
