Responsibilities
- Architect and train large-scale Generative AI models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines for model versioning and deployment (AWS/GCP).
- Research and evaluate emerging AI architectures and papers to integrate into our stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI Engineering.
- Deep proficiency in Python, with strong knowledge of C++ for performance optimization.
- Extensive experience with Transformer architectures, BERT, GPT, or similar LLMs.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Vector Databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
