Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust machine learning infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Conduct research to prototype advanced AI models aligned with our 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization.
- Partner with product teams to translate business objectives into technical AI solutions.
- Establish MLOps practices for monitoring, logging, and retraining models.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning theory.
- Experience with MLOps tools and version control (Git).
