Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI models for Project 2026.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for high-throughput, low-latency inference in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define roadmap requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in AI development.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI landscape and integrate them into our tech stack.
- Debug complex neural network architectures and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine learning models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, or Computer Vision architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
