Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning architectures and algorithms tailored for high-volume, low-latency environments.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for AI models, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference speeds and resource utilization, ensuring our AI systems are efficient and cost-effective at scale.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement best practices for MLOps and model governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical culture of excellence within the organization.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
